Our Business
Swift Shift Group Ltd is a vehicle transport company providing professional collection and delivery services across the UK and Europe. We work with franchised dealer groups, fleet operators, auction houses and private clients. Our workforce comprises employed drivers, office-based staff and vetted subcontractors.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chains include:
- Subcontracted vehicle transport drivers and operators
- Vehicle storage and compound providers
- Valeting and preparation suppliers
- Fuel, maintenance and fleet management providers
- IT, telephony and business services
Policies in Place
We maintain the following internal policies relevant to modern slavery:
- Recruitment policy ensuring all workers are employed legally and with the right to work in the UK
- Whistleblowing policy enabling staff to raise concerns without fear of reprisal
- Supplier due diligence checks for all contracted third parties
- Zero-tolerance policy on forced, compulsory or trafficked labour
Due Diligence
We take the following steps to identify and mitigate risk:
- Conducting right-to-work checks on all employees and subcontractors
- Engaging only with reputable, vetted suppliers and operators
- Requiring subcontractors to confirm compliance with applicable employment law
- Monitoring working arrangements to identify signs of exploitation
Training & Awareness
Our management team is made aware of modern slavery risks and indicators. We are committed to raising awareness across our workforce and will implement formal training programmes as our business grows.
